At Rock N Lobster Roll, we take high-end ingredients and make them approachable by giving them a street food feel. From past menu favorites like our lobster fries, lobster tacos, and chicken fried lobster and waffles, to our current classics like the New England and Connecticut rolls, we make it our mission to create space for everyone.
With previous locations at Edgewater Market and Zeppelin Station, plus our food truck traveling all over the Denver Metro area, we're excited to continue sharing our culinary ideas across every corner of Colorado.
Andrew found his kitchen passion in 2003 when he got his first restaurant job under James Beard award winning chef Thomas Peschong in Milwaukee, WI. After three years he decided to make his passion a career.
In 2006, Andrew took the next step and attended The Culinary Institute of America. After graduating in 2008, he moved back to Milwaukee to continue building hands-on skills under a group of professional chefs.
After making the move to Denver a couple years later, Andrew opened his own food truck in 2016, birthing the famous Rock N Lobster Roll. Following three years of hard work, he and his team decided to expand his business to a food halls, where the brand continues to grow.
